Our restaurant supports the eco-friendly concept *Zero Waste.
Together with the Kaliningrad glassblowing workshop Repin Glass Studio, the team of the Dolce Vita restaurant launched a collaboration, the essence of which is as follows:
We collect used glass containers from the restaurant. We take it to the glassblowing workshop. There the glass is processed, and master glassblowers cast it into exclusive vases for us. Each vase is made in a single copy. And they fit perfectly into the interior of the restaurant.
You can admire our collection of vases, as well as have a delicious and beautiful meal, by visiting the Dolce Vita restaurant. Each table features a unique vase that you will not find anywhere else.
*Zero Waste Zero Waste is a set of principles aimed at reducing waste to a minimum by reusing and recycling objects.
